8:00 am - Arrived with Dalia sitting at bedside with Maureen.

According to Dalia, Maureen was sleeping when she arrived at 6:30 am.

At 7:12 am: Maureen opened her eyes and after three minutes started twitching (very mild). Pulse reached 120, and in about 10 minutes from then to low 90s.

Dalia gave her a few sips of water to drink using a sponge.

20 minutes later Maureen felt asleep again.

8:30 am: Maureen opened eyes and after 5 minutes she felt asleep again.

9:15 am: still sleeping

10:00 am: still sleeping

Repositioned her on right side.

10:15 am: Maureen is fully awake.

10:20 am: We raised her bed head.

We administered her 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple souce.

9:00 am: Dalia and I changed Maureen's medium wet diaper and cleaned her. We applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream.

We noticed redness under the abdomen. We applied Nestatin.

Upper body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta.

Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

10:40 am: Breakfast: 6 oz of prune juice, oatmeal smoothie with fruits and two prunes, couple of spoons of yogurt.

Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

We reclined Maureen's chair down.

She coughed two times during the breakfast.

11:05 am: Oral Care.

11:10 : Facial routine.

10:30-12:00 : 3/4 cup of water with lemon

12:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bed for her first rest break.

The diaper was dry.

Positioned Maureen on her right side at 12:05 am. 12:45 pm: First resting break ends. Dry diaper.

Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.

BP: 112/64 P:72

1:00 Lunch: parmesian crakers,roasted red pepper hummus 10 oz of coconut water, couple spoons of Greek yogurt.

Maureen did not cough during the lunch.

Maureen was leaning forward, we

reclined Geri chair.

1:30 pm: Oral Care.

2:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Small soft BM.

Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:40 am. 3:40 pm: Second resting break ends. Dry diaper. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room.

3:50 pm: Maureen is enjoing her fruit snack: watermelon, pear and kiwi.
