9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:05 am: Maureen opened eyes.

We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:15 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:20 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

10:45 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 8 oz of water with lemon.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

10:55 am : Breakfast: Waffle with butter and jelly.

Maureen had 10 oz apple juice.

11:25 am: Oral care.

11:30 am: Face routine

1:00 pm: Lunch: a bowl of peas soup

11 oz Sparkling water

1:30 pm: Oral care.

1:45 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Diaper was clean and dry.

We position to face her right side.

3:00 pm: Rest break is over.

Very wet diaper. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Transferred to the front room.

3:15 pm: 8 oz of water , watermelon - fruit snack.

4:30 pm: Dinner: Orange Chicken Bowl.

8 oz of water with lemon

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

5:55 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
