December 31 daytime update

• Maureen has been awake since 5:30AM.

• Maya checked the diaper at 6:35AM and 7:00AM. It was dry on both occasions.

• Maureen began her day @ 8:16AM. She is alert and engaged. Diaper was medium wet. Maya applied the Tolcylen immediately. We performed a standard clean&change using all three 3M Cavilon products where appropriate. We then washed all areas of focus on Maureen's upper body using Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam. None of the areas of focus require the application of Nystatin Ointment.

• As we were completing the clean&change, I noted the pad was wet with urine. Maya and I replaced the pad and then continued with our morning routine.

• Breakfast service commenced @ 8:48AM. Geri chair posture is very good. Maya got things going with a teaspoon of Manuka Honey followed immediately by administration of the thyroid pill. Maureen only coughed once.

• Daily MiraLAX dosage> 1/4 cap

• Maureen will consume 6 ounces of prune juice this morning. The additional prune juice and 1/4 cap of MiraLAX are due to the fact that Maureen did not have a lot of bowel activity movement this week so far.

• 9:10AM - Blood pressure medication with applesauce

• 9:15AM - Morning oral care routine

• 9:30AM - Eyelash cleaning and eye drops

• 9:35AM - Morning facial

• 9:50AM - Hand, arm and feet/ankle exercises.

• 10:25AM - Organic fruit smoothie. Maureen only coughed once.

• 10:53AM - Time to prepare for Rest Break #1. Diaper was medium wet. After completing a clean&change, we positioned Maureen on her left side.

• 11:06AM - Rest Break # 1 begins.

• 12:06PM - Rest Break #1 ends. Diaper was heavy wet. After competing a clean&change, we headed to the kitchen for lunch.

• 12:25PM - Lunch | Turkey from Honeybaked Ham, dressing, broccoli and 1/2 a bowl of butternut squash soup—organic of course. Maureen coughed only once.

• 1:05PM - Afternoon oral care

• 1:55PM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #2. Diaper was medium wet. After completing a clean&change, we positioned Maureen on her right side.

• 2:06PM - Rest Break #2 begins

• 3:08PM - Rest Break #2 ends. Diaper is medium wet. After performing a clean&change, we headed to the front room for the remainder of the day.

• 3:28PM - Afternoon fruit snack
