6:30AM - Maureen is awake.
6:40AM - Diaper is dry.
Maureen began her day @ 8:03AM. She is alert and chatty. Wednesday is bed bath day. Before getting started, we used the adjustable bed to prop Maureen up to 90 degrees in order to give her some sips of water. She truly enjoys wetting her whistle. First off, we did a clean and change. Maya then cleaned Maureen's entire body with Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and warm wipes from the purple packet. All areas of focus on the upper body look very good. The waistline area just below the navel still looks a bit red. Maya applied a thin layer of Nystatin Ointment to this area.
Breakfast service commenced @ 8:50AM. Posture in the geri chair is good. We used one green wedge pillow and Magic Mike to ensure Maureen is almost perfectly upright. Maya began by giving Maureen a teaspoon of Manuka Honey followed immediately by the thyroid medication with applesauce. Breakfast went down well for the most part. Maureen only coughed three times.
Maureen will consume approximately 4 ounces of prune juice this morning.

9:21AM - Maya administered the blood pressure medication with some applesauce.
9:30AM - Morning oral care.
9:41AM - Eyelash cleaning and eye drops
9:50AM - Daily facial
10:30AM - Organic fruit smoothie. Maureen coughed twice while drinking the smoothie.
10:55AM - We headed to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #1. Diaper was medium wet. After completing a clean and change, we positioned Maureen on her left side.
11:06AM - Rest Break #1 begins. Maureen will be on her left side for the next 60 minutes.
12:08PM - Rest Break #1 concludes.
12:22PM - Lunch | Maya prepared salmon, 1/2 bowl of homemade mushroom soup, 1/4 of a tomato sliced and a small serving of guacamole. Maureen will also drink 1 12 ounce bottle of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water. Since Maureen has not moved her bowels since 12/20 @ 10:00PM, Carolyn directed us to give her 3 additional ounces of prune juice. Maureen coughed only once during lunch.
1:00PM - Afternoon oral care
2:05PM - We transported Maureen to the bedroom to prepare for Rest Break #2. Diaper was medium wet. After completing a clean and change, Maya and I positioned Maureen on her right side.
2:18PM - Rest Break #2 begins. Maureen will lay on her right side for the next hour.
3:18PM - Rest Break #2 concluded. Diaper was medium wet. Maureen had a medium formed bowel movement. As we were performing the clean and change process, Maureen urinated on the soiled diaper. We did not have to change the pad. Upon conclusion, we transported Maureen to the lift recliner in the front room.
3:35PM - Afternoon fruit snack. Maureen coughed twice while enjoying her fruit.
