December 11, 2023, Monday, Day Shift

8:00 am - Arrived with Tom lying with Maureen.

According to Tom, Maureen was awake at 6:15 am and after few minutes she felt asleep again.

At 8:00 am: Maureen opened her eyes.

Tom gave her a few sips of water to drink using a sponge.

8:30 am: Maureen is awake, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45 am: Maureen’s day starts

We gave her an upper body bath. Emily and I cleaned and changed a light wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

9:15 am: Breakfast: oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 2 prunes and couple spoons of Greek yogurt. 6 oz of prune juice.

9:35 am: Administered 10mg loratadin with smoothie.

No Miralax today.

We reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:50 am: Morning oral care.

10:05 am: Facial routine.

10:15 am: Maureen took one hour nap.

11:25 am: BP: 108/69 , P: 67

11:35 am: We headed Maureen to the bed for her first rest break.

The diaper was dry.

Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:45 am. 12:45 pm: First resting break ends. Medium wet diaper.

We cleaned and changed.

Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.

1:00 Lunch: muschroom soup, chicken salad, tomato, 12 oz of sparkling water, couple spoons of Greek yogurt. One cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed ones during the lunch.

Maureen was leaning forward, we

reclined Geri chair.

1:40 pm: Oral Care.

2:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry

Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:35 pm.

3:30 pm: Second resting break ends. Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room.

3:50 pm: Maureen is enjoing her fruit snack: watermelon, pear and kiwi.
