August 3 daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen is stirring. She is lying on her left side.

• 7:00am Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 7:30am Maureen is awake. I will give her small sips of water.

• 8:00am Maureen is asleep.

• 8:16am Our morning begins with a complete bed bath. No redness observed. Diaper is heavy wet - we cleaned and changed and applied 3M products. We finished dressing.

• 8:28am Sandy is helping Maureen through a series of stretches and exercises in bed.

• 8:49am Nebulizer treatment.

• 9:01am Spoonful of Manuka honey and Thyroid pill with applesauce.

• 9:05am Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, 6 oz prune juice. Maureen coughed 4 times and sneezed once.

• 9:31am Lisinopril and Claritin with applesauce.

• 9:33am Oral care.

• 9:38am Morning facial routine including arms and hands.

• 10:30am Fruit smoothie. Maureen coughed 3 times.

• 10:57am Flonase.

• 11:00am We headed to the bedroom for rest period #1. Diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:16am.

• 12:16pm Rest period #1 is over. Diaper is medium wet and Maureen had a very small, formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed.

• 12:30pm We washed and styled Maureen’s hair.

• 12:45pm Lunch - chicken noodle soup, turkey and cheese on sourdough bread, grilled vegetables, and a bottle of organic coconut water. Rice pudding for dessert. Maureen coughed 4 times and sneezed twice.

• 1:33pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest period #2. Maureen’s diaper is heavy wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:09pm.

• 3:09pm Rest period #2 is over. Diaper is heavy wet - we cleaned and changed and headed to the front room.

• 3:25pm Fruit snack. Two coughs.

• 3:35pm Sabena, RN is here for nurse weekly visit.
