April 6 daytime update

• Day began @ 8:00AM. Diaper was wet. Maya cleaned Maureen and placed a new pull up on her.

• Maureen is very chipper. Her posture in day chair is excellent. She requires no assistance. Her level of engagement and responsiveness is at a very high level. She is smiling and joking quite a bit.

• We will give Maureen 1/2 a glass of prune juice.

• Nasal congestion is fairly significant. We will administer a dose of Flonase in each nostril.

• Maureen coughed five times during breakfast. This is higher than normal.

• 8:32AM - Maya just administered all morning medications

• There is not too much stiffness in Maureen’s arms and legs.

• 9:45 - Maureen’s overall energy, demeanor and posture remain in very good form. She is enjoying one of Maya’s world famous smoothies.

• While listening to various songs in the Master Mix, Maureen repeatedly said, “I love this song.“ It has been quite some time since music resonated with her this much.

• 10:05AM - Took Maureen to the bathroom. Pull up was dry. She did not go.

• 10:40 - Maureen’s overall posture, energy and speech are beginning to dissipate. She is starting to drool occasionally.

• 11:15AM - Went to bathroom. Maureen urinated and moved her bowels. Urine was cloudy. Bowel movement was large and solid.

• 12:30 - Lunch

• 2:05PM - Took Maureen to the bathroom. She did not go. Her pull up was dry.
