8:00 am: Maureen is lying on her left side.
Tom said She woke up at 6:15 but went back to sleep and slept until 7:45. Now she closed her eyes.
8:30 am: Maureen was fully awake, we raised the bed and administered 75 mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:40 am: We started a day giving Maureen a full body bath using a damp towels and Cetaphil Skin Cleanser.
The diaper was medium wer.We cleaned and changed her with warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta, applied Cavilon barrier film to the sacrum and barrier cream to inner thighs.
Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
9:10 am: 8 oz of prune juice and 1/4 cup of Miralax.
9:15 am: Blow dry and styled Maureen’s hair.
9:30 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.
We declined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
9:35 am: Breakfast: one full cup of lemon warer, oatmeal /fruit smoothie with couple spoons of Greek yogurt. Maureen coughed once during the breakfest.
9:48 am: Administered 10mg loratadine with smoothie.
9:50 am: Oral care.
10:00 am: Facial routine.
Maureen is relaxing in Geri Chair and watching TV.
11:00 am: Ann, RN arrived for Maureen’s weekly visit.
Lungs area clear
BP: 90/60
Pulse: 72
Temp.: 97,5
11:25 am: Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break.
Diaper was medium wet.
Cleaned and changed her, then positioned on her right side at 11:35.
12:30 pm: first rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed.
We headed to the kitchen.
12:50 pm: Lunch: shrimp salad, sweet peas soup, few spoons of yogurt and a cup of sparkling water.
She did not cough during the lunch.
1:20 pm: Oral care.
Maureen is awake, listening her favorite songs.
1/2 cup of lemon water.
2:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the second rest break. Diaper was medium wet.
Very small formed BM.
We cleaned and changed.
Positioned her on her left side.
3:30 pm: second rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet.
We cleaned and changed.
We transferred Maureen to the living room.
3:45 pm: Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
