Wednesday September 29, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 6:04pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. After ten minutes, Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels. We cleaned up and put on a new pull-up.

• 6:33pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate ribs with a serving of spinach and drank two cups of water. Mango cake followed for dessert.

• 7:15pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care followed. Facial cleanse after and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms.

• 7:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry. Cleaned and put on a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. body pillows placed on either side of bed. head of the bed elevated. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow in between her legs.
