• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 104/62.

  Pulse: 85

  O2: 96

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Ham with cream cheese potato, mixed veggies, hello whip and 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 95.8

   Pulse: 81

   O2: 96

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
