MERRY CHRISTMAS 12-25 Swingshift summary

4:00 Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner, dinner is ready to serve. Carolyn fixes a plateful of goodies, consisting of Crown pork roast, Murphy dressing, zucchini casserole, wild rice and mashed potatoes. Maureen ate pretty well, even drank about 5 ounces of sparkling water … a little bread pudding and ice cream followed for dessert.

6:10 12.5ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE were administered with some applesauce, followed by oral care and cleanup.

6:35 we transferred to the bedroom to clean and change a medium wet diaper with a small formed BM. We placed Maureen on her left side and propped her up with the wedge pillows and had everyone say G’night.
