Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sound asleep while on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen's still asleep.

9:35AM - Maureen's finally awake, no signs of any distress. She looked well-rested. We placed her in an upright position and gave sips of water via swab. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the kitchen.

10:00AM - She had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Ate waffle with butter and strawberry jam, banana and 10oz of water with electrolyte. Coughed 3x (dry).

10:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:35AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care followed.

10:45AM - Out for a walk.

11:40AM - Came back from walk. Maureen took 3oz of lemon water.

Transferred to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, avocado and potato salad. She finished 5oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen looks tired and sleepy however, stayed awake while sitting on her recliner.

2:35PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is ended. Diaper was emdium wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). Maureen took 10oz lemon water.
