Wednesday October 6, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:00 Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. After 8 minutes, Maureen urinated a great amount in the toilet. We cleaned up and put on a fresh pull-up.

• 6:00pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat another serving of broccoli stuffed chicken breast with a full cup of water.

• 7:15pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial wash, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion followed after.

• 7:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet - cleaned with 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a fresh diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow in between her legs.
