Wednesday October 13, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:00pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. After 10 minutes, there was no activity. We returned to the recliner after.

• 6:30pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat a scrambled egg with turkey, tomatoes, and cheese With a cup of water.

• 7:15pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed after.

• 7:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet and Maureen urinated during perineal care - cleaned using the 3M cleanser, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a fresh diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow in between her legs.
