Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sound asleep while on her left side.

8:25AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes and back to sleep 10mins after.

9:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

9:15AM - We turned Maureen on face the right side, eyes remained closed.

9:45AM - Maureen finally woke up, we gave her sips of water via swab.

Placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/62, P: 70, O2: 95%

10:00AM - Neb treatment with saline.

We washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

10:20AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - pancake with butter and syrup, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 3x.

10:50AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Out for a walk.

12:00PM - Came back from a nice walk. Maureen took 6oz of lemon water.

Transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

1:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

1:10PM - Lunch - chicken salad, chicken/rice soup and 11oz coconut water. Coughed 4x.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:40PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with large formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got changed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Fruit snack followed (melon, banana and apple).
