4:00PM - Maureen's comfortably sitting on her recliner watching a game show.

4:30PM - Diaper is dry.

5:00PM - Dinner - pizza, 6oz of lemon water. She coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:20PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Medline remedy cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We position to face her left side with 2 wedges on the back and pillow in between legs.

6:50PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 97.3% P - 72 bpm

O2 - 95%
