Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's comfortably sleeping while on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen stirred up and slightly opened her eyes and went back back to sleep minutes after.

9:10AM - Maureen's awake. No signs of any distress, gave her sips of water via swab.

We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:20AM - Neb treatment with saline.

BP: 100/64, P: 69, O2: 94%

9:45AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep skin barrier film on sacrum and cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

Maureen woke up phlegmy, she coughed 2x and used suction machine each time.

9:55AM - Maureen took 10oz

lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

She ate waffle with butter and strawberry jelly, banana and 8oz apple juice. Sneezed 2x and coughed once.

10:35AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:45AM - Out for a walk.

11:35AM - Came back. Maureen took 2oz of lemon water.

Transferred to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was still clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets and spinach soup. Maureen finished 11oz coconut water. Coughed 3x

1:45PM - Oral care.

Carolyn came by.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper is clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (apple and melon).
