Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - she slightly opened her eyes 10mins after and took sips of water via swab.

8:20AM - Went back to close her eyes to sleep. No signs of any distress.

9:00AM - Still sleeping.

9:15AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right.

9:35AM - Maureen woke up. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 110/64, P: 70bpm, O2: 96%

9:45PM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet - we cleaned her using warm water and cetaphil cleanser, and changed. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:00AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - Waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 2x.

10:45AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment wiyh albuterol.

11:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM - Maureen's comfortably sitting on the recliner - awake. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen ate very well. Coughed 2x.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - It's time for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position Maureen to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was heavy wet with large formed BM. We cleaned and changed. Dressed Maureen after and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 5oz lemon water. Fruit snack (melon and pear).
