Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake while on her left side - she had sips of water via swab.


8:30AM - Maureen went back to sleep.


9:00AM - She's still sleeping.


9:15AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right side, slightly opened her eyes but still went back to sleep.


10:10AM - Maureen woke up, slightly jumpy (no clenched teeth or wide eyes) however, receptive to water via swab.


We placed her in an upright position (once ready) and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


10:25AM - Neb treatment albuterol.


10:40AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.


10:55AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - She had waffle with butter and grape jelly, apple, and 8oz apple juice. Coughed 3x and able to cough out phlegm on her own.


11:20AM - Administered 20ml of cough syrup (Guaifenesin) with apple sauce.


11:25AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care.


12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes again for a nap.


12:45PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh tomato, potato/broccoli cheddar soup and 10 oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x and sneezed once.


1:25PM - Oral care.


1:35PM - We transferred Maureen for a rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


2:20PM - Re-positioned Maureen to the left side.


3:10PM - Long rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Transferred to the front room.


3:20PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). 4 oz lemon water after.


**Total liquid intake - 32 oz

9:30 AM - Maureen is still sleeping comfortably 10:00 AM - Maureen is stirring about a little bit, so I went in and gave her a little water via swab, not quite ready to move, but getting ready shortly
