Saturday June 27, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM- Maureen’s on her left side slowly opening her eyes, Tom was giving her sips of water earlier around 8 ish she was awake.

10:00AM-Maureen is awake , check her temp. 97.9 no signs of pain or any distress. Diaper was heavy wet and has medium VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and change, Applied Sureprep barrier film on her sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on her posterior and inner thighs. Place Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen finished 4oz of cold thickened water. Cough2x suction once

10:30AM- Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. On her left breast no discharge and normal skin texture. we cleaned using wond cleanser and Gauze sponges. We dressed her and moved to the front room. Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment her right foot is still red.

10:50AM- Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes, onions and cheese and avocado finished 8oz thickened apple juice.

Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with purée pear.

Coughed3x with sneezing suction2x due to phlegm.

11:45AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:25PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM- Maureen had  fruit Yogurt for as fruit snack with honeydews melon cut it in a small size and a small bowl of thickened Soup Maureen finished 10oz of thickened coconut water.

Cough once sneeze a lot , suction once due to phlegm.

2:00PM- We gave her Neb treatment with Albuterol.

2:15PM- We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was light wet and Large VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and change. We position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry . We dressed Maureen and we went for a walk.

4:15PM- came back from a walk, checked diaper, was dry. Finished 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:50PM- Dinner - Pasta Gnocchi with Alfredo sauce, Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water.

5:40PM- Administer 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with purée pear. A lot of

Coughing and sneezing after taking her meds. 3x suction.

5:45PM- Oral care.

6:00PM- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and has  small VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment her right foot is still red and it showing some swollen. Position to face the left side.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
