9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:15 am: Maureen is tired. She opens and closes her eyes, she is breathing evenly and calmly.

10:25 am: We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:35 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

4 oz of water (with thickener)

10:45 am: Nebulizer.

10:55 am: Me and Sheryl washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Dry diaper. Small brown discharge. No blood.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.

We washed right breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.

11:20 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

11:30 am: Breakfast: waffles with butter and jelly, kiwi.

10 oz of water with lemon and thickener.

Administered 10 mg of Cetirizine Hcl with applesauce.

Administered Tylenol with applesauce.

Administered Geri-Tussin with applesauce.

12:20 pm: Oral Care

12:30 pm: Face routine.

Carolyn, Colleen, Brian visited Maureen.

1:25 pm: lunch: Squash Soup with thickener. Yogurt.

2:10 pm: We took Maureen to the bedroom for the one hour break.

Dry diaper.

2:15 pm: Nebulizer.

3:15 pm: Dry diapier.

We took Maureen to the living room.

4 oz of coconat water with thickener.

4:00 pm: Tylenol

Dry diaper.

4:30 Dinner: macaronii cheese

8 oz of sprinkle water with thickener.

5:00 pm: Administred: 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

Administered Geri-Tussin with applesauce.

5:35 pm: Oral Care.

5:50 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Small - bloody vd.

Cleaned and changed. Administered Prevent Silicone Cream.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.

We washed right breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet..

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
