Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, comfortably sleeping.

8:25AM - She slightly opened her eyes, no signs of any distress. Gave her sips of water via swab and closed her eyes after back to sleep.

8:50AM - Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:05AM - BP: 106/70, P: 77 bpm, O2: 93%

Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

9:20AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 3x.

10:10AM - Administered 20ml cough syrup with apple sauce.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:45AM - Maureen was comfortably sitting on the recliner - eventually closed her eyes to get a nap.

She took 30min nap.

11:25AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, position to face the right side.

11:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes to sleep.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch chicken salad, veggie soup, fresh tomato and 8oz lemon water. Coughed 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Administered 20ml of cough syrup with apple sauce.

Maureen took 4oz lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom, diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen's having fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon). Took 2 oz of water with electrolytes before the snack.
