Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping, she's on her left side.

8:30AM - Still soundlessly sleeping, no signs of distress or pain observed.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up 10 mins ago already, waited for her to be ready to start the day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:20AM - Breakfast - omelette with onions and tomato, a cup of apple cider, and pear. Maureen also finished a cup of water. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch before breakfast.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:30AM - No naps for Maureen after breakfast. She's relaxed while sitting, listening to the music.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:00PM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Lungs were clear, active bowel sounds heard, arm circumference - 21, leg circ - 31

T - 97.3

BP - 100/56

RR - 16 breaths/min

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and headed to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, avocado, veggie soup and 10 oz of sparkling water. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch,

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 7oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - Time for 2nd rest break. We

transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed her and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
