Wednesday, March 12, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake however, still looking sleepy. Calmly lying on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:00AM - ..still asleep.

9:15AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of distress or pain observed. We placed her in an upright position 10mins after and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/60, P: 62 bpm

9:30AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry with medium, dark yellow vaginal discharge. There is still slight redness on the outer anal area, applied the Cavilon barrier cream. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We

finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:40AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with onions and tomato, and pear. She took 8oz of prune juice and 7 oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

**Maureen is taking her time to eat and drink, had to pause atleast 5 mins in between 2x because she won't take her prune juice. She looks a little bit tired today.

10:15AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care followed.

11:00AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:40AM - Maureen finished 3oz of lemon water. She had a 30min nap. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with medium formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:55PM - Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

Lunch - tuna salad, brussel sprouts and sweet peas soup. Maureen had 10oz of coconut water. Coughed 3x.

1:35PM - Oral care.

***Maureen has been frowning most of the time, still looking tired.

2:30PM - It is time for the 2nd rest break, we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to her to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we noticed redness on her outer labia - applied Cavilon cream on the outer area. We cleaned and made sure it's dry then, changed her. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Refused water prior to fruit snack. Joanna will try before dinner.

**Total liquid intake - 28 oz.
