Wednesday, June 4, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping comfortably while on her left side.

8:25AM - She's still sleeping.

8:50AM - Still calmly asleep.

9:20AM - Maureen finally opened her eyes, looking well rested and very awake. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:35AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned her with water and cleanser then, changed - no redness on area. We applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:50AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had waffle with blueberry jam, pear and 4oz of prune juice. Coughed 3x. She's phlegmy today, used suction machine once.

10:20AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline sol'n follows.

11:00AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Lung sounds are clear, active bowel sounds heard. Arm circ - 21 cm, leg circ - 31 cm

RR - 80

BP - 106/58

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was dry. We positioned to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break is over, we transferred to the bedroom. Diaper is still clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets and chicken/rice soup. Maureen finished 10oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - It is time for the 2nd rest break. We transferred to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper is medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear, and melon).
