Wednesday June 3rd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day. We gave Maureen 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce and albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water w/Thick-It.

-10:25am we transferred Maureen into the living room. We gave her 10mg of Loratadine and 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. -11:00am Maureen finished 8oz of orange juice w/Thick-It. 2 suction's w/meal & 1 cough

-11:15am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Maureen relaxing and resting listening to music.

-1:15pm afternoon snack yogurt

Maureen is very jumpy after her nap w/tremors.

-1:30pm we gave Maureen a 500mg Tylenol for her discomfort. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It.

-2:00pm gave Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/XL VD odorless and yellow. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, her diaper was dry. We dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room. We are giving Maureen some banana bread. 1 cough

-4:00pm Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water w/Thick-It. Checked Maureen's diaper it was dry.

-4:30pm dinner spaghetti, 1 suction & 2 coughs w/meal.

-5:00pm we gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup and 12.5mg of Vimpat w/applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water w/Thick-It.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and yellow. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's face and hands and applied cream to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed Maureen for the night & positioned her on her left side.
