Monday June 1,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side already awake, Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab. very calm no signs of pain or any distress.

We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce,she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water.

Coughed2x suction once

9:45AM Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet and has medium VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. Shampoo and wash her hair.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM- Nurse Shelly came.

Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly with kiwi. finished 8oz thickened orange juice, Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

Vital sign : BP - 104/60

Temp. -99F

Pulse :- 82bpm

A lot of coughing this morning due to phlegm.

11:30AM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

11:45AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen is relaxing and listening music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened sparkling water and strawberry mango Yogurt for as snack. No Coughing

2:15PM-We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-  Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet and has medium soft BM, We cleaned and changed and we dressed Maureen and move to the front room.

3:30PM- Maureen had 10oz of thickened coconut water.

4:00PM -Neb treatment with albuterol.

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner -  bake salmon and butter spinach. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water.

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet and has medium VD cloudy odorless. we cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Has redness on her upper hairline, we applied powdered ZeasorbAF . Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
