• 4:00pm Maureen is getting her hair done by Deana.

• 4:30pm Maureen’s watching a game show.

• 5:00pm Dinner:Chicken parmigiana and a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:45pm We took Maureen’s temperature, she fells warm to the touch, it’s 100.4. Administered 160mg acetaminophen.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 97.6, pulse: 68, O2: 97.
