Wednesday, July 31 Swing shift summary

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the recliner, watching a TV show. Her diaper is dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Chicken with lime salsa, sweet potato, zucchini and tomatoes, cup of water. Maureen coughed once.

• 5:50 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. We cleaned her face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
