4:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

4:45 pm : saline treatment/ nebulizer

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Sesame Chicken Bowl

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

7 oz of water.

5:50 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon Cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

T-96.0

O2-95

P-68

6:50 pm: Maureen is in bed.

Temperature was just retaken at 7:30 … it was 97.3°
