• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:20pm Blood pressure: 106/66.

  Pulse: 78

  O2: 94

• 4:30pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is Dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Chicken tender with fries and 7oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

   O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
