Wednesday, July 30, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping, she's on her left side O2 at 2L/min. Skin in her nose is intact and moist. No signs of pain or distress.

8:30AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes and went back to sleep 10-15mins after.

9:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

9:40AM - Maureen woke up, still looking slightly sleepy however, we placed her on her back. Placed her in an upright position 10mins after and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Neb treatment with albuterol followed.

**Maureen's still coughing a lot however, phlegm sounds more loose and easy to cough up.

10:15AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was heavy wet with medium, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned her using tepid water and cleanser, and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:30AM - Maureen took 8oz of sparkling water. Coughed 3x and used suction machine. Administered 10mg of Loratadine withe apple sauce after.

**O2 lowered to 85% when we transferred her to the living room without the machine.

Breakfast - soft scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, banana and 3oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x.

O2 sat: 96% at 2L/min

11:20AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine after. **Cleaned Maureen's nostrils using Saline Mist to keep tissues moisturize.

**We replaced fresh distilled water everyday in the humidifier bottle to prevent bacterial growth.

11:45AM - Maureen closed her eyes and is relaxing while on the recliner.

12:20PM - Maureen had a bowl of chicken-noodle soup with veggies blended. Took 10oz of sparkling water. She ate well and coughed 2x.

1:10PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her to face the right side, head if bed slightly elevated. O2: 94% room air (did not connect with the O2 machine yet). No shortness of breath or breathing difficulties observed.

1:50PM - 1st shortened rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

O2 between 92-94% room air (no O2 machine connected). No shortness of breath or breathing difficulties observes.

2:00PM - Neb treatment with Albuterol.

3:00PM - Maureen took 3oz of lemon water.

We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry, we placed to face her right side, slightly elevated.

Maureen maintained her O2 at room air at 94%.

3:50PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

O2 at between 92-94% room air (not on O2 machine).

4:00PM - Fruit snack time.
