Wednesday January 19, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

  • respiration: 18

• 5:30pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen’s diaper is heavy wet - we cleaned up using the 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift and we headed to the kitchen after.

• 5:50pm Dinnertime - roast pork, mashed potatoes, cauliflower mash, and corn with a cup of water.

  • Maureen coughed 4 times and was red in the face 1 time.

• 6:00pm FaceTime call with Tom during dinner.

• 6:23pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 6:38pm Administered 20mL Robitussin.

• 6:44pm Facial wash, cleansed the inner folds of Maureen’s skin with aloe Vesta Cleansing foam, applied Vicks to chest and throat, and applied Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, arms, and hands.

• 7:00pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper. Applied Tolcylen to both big toes. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.

• 7:08pm FaceTime call with Tom for prayers.

• 7:14pm Maureen is asleep.
