Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is still asleep, lying on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen is still sleeping, looking calm.

8:45AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of pain or distress observed. We placed her in an upright position 10mins after, and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:00AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with zucchini, tomato and onion. Maureen had pear as well, and a cup of water. She ate very well. No coughs.

No MiraLAX dose today.

9:50AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:40AM - Carolyn arrived to visit Maureen.

11:00AM - Maureen having sips of warm coffee while sitting on her chair.

11:20AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's regular weekly nurse visit. Arm circ - 22cm, arm circ - 21.5 cm. Lungs are clear and bowel movement sounds are active.

T - 97

HR - 74 bpm

BP - 102/54

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

12:42PM - Lunch - tuna salad, broccoli and lintel soup. Maureen had a cup of rootbeer. No coughs.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

1:40PM - Oral care.

**Maureen's less coughing today, relaxed while sitting on her chair and listening to the music.

2:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small soft BM, cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed her and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
