Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, awake. She had sips of water via swab. Tom's using suction machine while she coughs.


9:50AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


10:05AM - Me and Tom washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, no v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.


10:20AM - Neb treatment with albuterol. Maureen sounds phlegmy, also having a hard time coughing out.


10:35AM - She took 10 oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8 oz prune juice. She coughed 4x and able to cough up a good amount of by herself.


11:20AM - Oral care.


11:30AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine after.


12:00PM - Maureen leaned back on her recliner, hands relaxed. She closed her eyes for a nap.


12:40PM - Maureen took 6oz sparkling water after nap.


1:20PM - Fruit snack - watermelon and pear. She took 8oz coconut water. Coughed 3x.


2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


3:10PM - Rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed her and transferred to the front room.


3:20PM - Maureen took 6 oz sparkling water.


4:30PM - Dinner - chicken and steamed brussel sprouts, and 9 oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 2x.


5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.


5:55PM - Oral care.


6:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Maureen was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.


6:20PM - Maureen's sleeping.


T - 97.4

P - 77 bpm

O2 - 98%


Total liquid intake - 47 oz

Sunday July 12,2026 Daytime Update

Tom’s update 5:00 - Mattha said the night was quiet after the initial diaper change at 10pm. Maureen was sleeping comfortably, so I went upstairs. 8:00 - I repositioned Maureen to her right side, she
