Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping soundly when we came in - lying on her left side.

8:40AM - She opened her eyes, waited atleast 10-15mins for her to be more awake and ready to start her day. Then, we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness/rashes on upper extremities. Diaper was heavy wet with medium, brownish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Maureen had 3oz of lemon water prior to breakfast. Breakfast was scrambled egg onion, tomato and cheese, pear, and had 8oz of prune juice. She sneezed 2x and coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

**No MiraLAX dose today.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:20AM - Meghann, social worker arrived.

11:10AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:15AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's regular weekly nurse visit. Arm circ - 21cm, Leg circ 22cm. Active bowel sounds heard and lungs cleared.

T - 97.5

P - 68 bpm

BP - 108/62

11:35AM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of water.

We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, sweet pea soup, banana bread and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x, sneezed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:20PM - Maureen rejected water and doesn't want any when we tried to give her.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, cleaned and changed her - position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:49PM - Fruit snack time ( kiwi, pear and melon).
