Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, she's on her left side. Tom's giving her sips of water via swab.

8:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:00AM - She opened her eyes and waited for 10mins for her to get ready to start the day. In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on upper extremities. Diaper was heavy wet with very small, cloudy vaginal discharge. Redness on lower abdomen is almost non-visible. Left inner thigh is lightly red, applied Nystatin powder. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on appropriate areas. We finished dressing Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:25AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with onions and sweet peppers, sausage and pear. Maureen had a cup of lemon water, she ate well. Coughed 2x.

**Reclinee geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:05AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:50AM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. She's in low spirits right now however, looking relaxed on her recliner.

11:10AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Lung sounds were clear, bowel sounds were active. Arm circ - 21cm, Leg circ - 31.5cm.

T - 97.3

HR - 73 bpm

BP - 112/56

11:25AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom and showed Kelsie the red spots which were almost non-visible. She adviced to apply Nystatin cream as needed.

**Diaper was lightly wet with large soft BM. We cleaned and changed. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:38PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh tomato, zucchini soup, and 10 oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x, sneezed 2x.

1:15PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water and resisting to drink more.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Placed her on the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with small, brownish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen after and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon).
