Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen just woke up when I came in, she was slightly jumpy - no wide eyes, cleanching of fists and jaw, and lasted only between 4-5mins. Waited for her to settle down before given sips of water via swab.

8:25AM - Maureen is closing her eyes, looking sleepy. She went back to sleep 5mins after.

9:00AM - Maureen opened

her eyes and looking like ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. We applied Nystatin powder on the light red spot on her right underarm. Diaper was dry with medium, brown vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her - no redness on sacral area. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:20AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onions, banana and a cup of water. Coughed 2x.

No MiraLAX dose today.

9:50AM - We administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. Maureen finished another cup of water.

10:05AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Carolyn arrived.

Maureen closed her eyes for a nap in between.

11:00AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Lungs are cleared, normo-active bowel sounds heard. Arm circ 21.5, leg circ - 31.5.

11:30AM - We took Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large formed BM, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets, lentil soup and a cup of sparkling water. Maureen also took half a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

2:00PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with large, cloudy vaginal discharge - no odor. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and went to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon).

**Maureen had a total of 32oz.
