Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024 - Daytime Update.

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, looking calm while lying on her left side.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness or rashes observed. Diaper was medium wet, no vaginal discharges. Cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

Checked the back of Maureen's right leg - rashes looking very light and almost non-visible.

We finished dressing her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg Acyclovir (crushed) with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg, toast with grape jelly, sliced banana and apple. Maureen also had half a cup of pedialite and half a cup of water. She ate very well. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

11:05AM - BP: 103/58, P: 67 bpm

11:10AM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg Acyclovir with apple sauce.

11:28AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face the right side.

12:28PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Got dressed and transferred to the kitchenZ

12:35PM - Lunch - mixed fruits, apple and banana. Maureen had chocolate cake for dessert. Finished 1.5cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch due to her leaning forward a lil bit.

1:15PM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg Acyclovir with apple sauce.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - It is time for Maureen's 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face the left side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We get Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:10PM - Administered 1 tab 800mg of Acyclovir with apple sauce.

3:20PM - Early Christmas dinner with family.

Dinner - Maureen had beef tenderloin, broccoli & carrots, spinach and corn bread. Banana cream pie for dessert, and finished a cup of water. She ate very well and enjoyed dinner. Coughed 3x.

5:15PM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg of Acyclovir (crushed) with apple sauce.

5:30PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

5:35PM - Oral care.

5:40PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with very small BM, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:00PM - Maureen is sleeping.
