Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sleeping. No signs of any distress.


8:30AM - She's still sleeping.


9:10AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looked relax. We gave her sips of water via swab.


9:25AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 110/64, P: 62, O2: 94%


9:40AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry, we cleaned using water and Cetaphil cleanser, and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.


9:55AM - Maureen took 10 oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pesr and 8 oz prune juice. Maureen coughed 2x, used suction machine once.


10:40AM - Oral care.


Facial and hand care routine.


11:00AM - Maureen enjoyed Coleen's company - stayed awake.


11:45AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.


12:20PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.


12:30PM - Lunch tuna salad, fresh tomato and 11 oz sparkling water. Maureen also finished 4oz lemon water. She coughed 2x and sneezed multiple times.


1:20PM - Oral care.


1:40PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.


2:40PM - Maureen took a 20min nap. We transferred to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


3:15PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We transferred Maureen to the front room.


3:30PM - Fruit snack (melon).


Total liquid intake - 33 oz
