Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - calm and awake, she took sips of water via swab.

8:30AM - Maureen looking sleepy - eyes slightly closed. No signs of any distress.

9:00AM - Re-positioned Maureen to the right - looking sleepy and comfortable.

9:15AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 64 bpm, O2: 94%

9:25AM - Neb treatment with saline.

9:45AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned her with warm water and cetaphil cleanser. We changed her and applied sureprep barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:00AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Also, administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, apple and 8oz apple juice. Maureen ate pretty well. No coughs.

10:45AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:15AM - Maureen sneezed 2-3 times. She's relaxed and leaning on the recliner - sleepy while watching a Christmas movie.

11:50AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her to face the right side.

12:15PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:45PM - Maureen had a 20min nap. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Hot dressed and transferred Maureen to the front room.

12:55PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, tomato, mashed avocado, and 12 oz sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Maureen coughed 2-3x and we used suction machine to help her with the phlegm. She sneezed 2x as well.

2:45PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:20PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). Maureen took 5oz of lemon water.

Total liquid intake - 35 oz
