Wednesday, August 2 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping, laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen opened her eyes. She was very relaxed, got a few sips of water with the swab.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:40 am- Maureen is waking up.

• 8:45 am- We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• BP is 130/80.

• 8:50 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I changed it, gave Maureen a full body bed bath. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:15 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, ) oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:40 am- Administered Loratadin.

• 9:40 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:50 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is resting in the chair, closing her eyes briefly.

• 11:00 am - Weekly visit with Ann Emberson, Maureen's RN. Blood pressure was- 122/62, T- 98. Ann heard some humming in Maureen's left lung. Suggested using Nebulizer twice a day with Saline solution and Albuterol each time. Saline solution first and Albuterol right after. Ann will come on Friday again to listen to Maureen's lungs.

• 11:20 am- Nebulizer treatment- Saline solution first followed by Albuterol.

• 11:50 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Maureen's diaper was dry. Positioned her on the right side at 12:00 pm.

• 12:45 pm- Maureen's diaper was still dry. We dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair with Ketoconazole 2 % shampoo. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:50 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 1:00 pm- Lunch- Lentils soup, eggs salad, fermented red beets, cup of lemon water, half of yogurt. Maureen coughed once during lunch and three times during drinking water.

• 1:30 pm- Administered Metoprolol tablet.

• 1:35 pm- Oral care. We reclined the chair down. Maureen finished her first cup of water for the day, but wasn't receptive to more.

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a extra large formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and

• 3:30 pm- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution first and Albuterol right after.
