4 00 Maureen is sitting comfortably in the living room enjoying her fruit bowl. Nurse Anne is here taking Maureen's vitals. She advised us to apply the Nystatin to the redness areas twice per day

4 30 Maureen is watching TV shows and is pretty chatty

5 33 Nebulizer treatment

5 54 We went to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet, there was some bowel movement discharge. We cleaned the area up and applied the Cavillon lotion

6 12 We came to the kitchen

6 16 Dinner begins. Mostacchioli Meatball Pasta with a cup of water. Maureen loved her dinner

7 34 We went to the bedroom. The diaper was heavy wet, the bowel movement was small and formed. We cleaned the area up and applied Cavillon lotion

8 00 Maureen is resting comfortably in her bed and ready to fall asleep

8 05 Her vitals were 97.9F for the temperature, 97% for oxygen %, and 75 bmp for her pulse
