Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen finished a cup of water after her fruit snack. Currently watching her game show in the front room while sitting comfortably on her recliner.

4:30PM - Maureen doesn't look sleepy at all and in good spirits.

5:05PM - BP: 120/80, 81. M

5:15PM - Dinner - tuna bake prepared by Carolyn, finished 3/4 cup water. Maureen enjoyed dinner. Coughed once.

6:15PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:30PM - Oral care.

6:40PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very heavy wet with small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion on lower extremities. Positioned on her left side, 2 wedges on the back, and pillow in between legs.

7:00PM - Maureen already sleeping.
