Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's calmly sleeping on her left side. No signs of distress.

8:30AM - Maureen's still sleeping. O2 at 95%

8:50AM - She slowly opened her eyes, still looking sleepy. We placed her on her back. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 98/ 60, P: 65 bpm

9:15AM - Neb treatment with saline.

9:30AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned using tepid water and cleanser. No redness on skin. We changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

9:45AM - Maureen took 8oz lemon water. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with syrup, pear and 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed 3x and sneezed once.

10:20AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Went out for a walk.

11:15AM - Came back from a nice walk.

Maureen stayed awake.

11:30AM - Maureen took 1oz of lemon water. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest

break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Neb treatment with saline.

Lunch - tuna salad, fresh avocado, veggie soup and 10oz coconut water. Maureen coughed 2x, sneezed 4x.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon).

Total liquid intake - 27 oz
