Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sound asleep while on her left side. O2 via nasal cannula at 98%.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

8:55AM - Maureen opened her eyes and was slightly jumpy - pulse between 95-98bpm for 2-3mins. Lasted for 5mins and pulse rate slowly went down between 62-68bpm. She took 3 slow sips of water via swab after she settled down.

BP: 110/58

9:15AM - We placed Maureen on her back and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:20AM - Started Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:35AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry - no redness on skin, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:45AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water and administered 10 mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. No coughs during intake. O2 at 98%.

Breakfast - waffle with syrup, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed (dry) only once. Maureen ate with good energy.

10:30AM - Administered 1 tab 500mg of Amoxicillin with apple sauce and 20ml expectorant.

Gave Maureen 4oz of coconut water.

10:40AM - Oral care.

11:00AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap, leaning on her back comfortably.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

She closed her eyes 15 mins after for a nap.

12:30PM - Maureen had a 30min nap. 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with large formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets, veggie soup and 10oz water (with hydration powder). She coughed once (dry).

1:30PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - Administered 15ml expectorant with apple sauce.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break, diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the right side. O2 at 97%.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 1oz lemon water. Fruit snack followed (apple, banana and melon). She coughed once with water (dry).
