Wednesday, April 12 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still deeply asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep now.

• 8:15 am- Maureen is back to sleep again.

• 8:30 am - Maureen is still sleeping.

• 9:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 9:10 am- Maureen is waking up now.

• 9:20 am- We started the day. Dalia and I began with the full body bed bath, using the wipes from the purple package and Aloe Vesta. There were a couple new red spots on Maureen's hands. Her diaper was medium wet. We applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:35 am- Breakfast- pancake with a 1/3 of banana and maple syrup, 8 oz total of prune juice mixed with water. We started with administering Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Maureen coughed four times during breakfast.

• 10:00 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce.

• 10:05 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 10:10 am- Maureen ate with a good energy this morning. Her posture is good, no congestion, no runny nose. She is alert , smiling and responsive . Maureen finished her first cup of lemon water.

• 10:50 am- Half a smoothie. No coughs.

• 11:10 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Her diaper was dry. We positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:20 am.

• 12:20 pm- First rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:35 pm- Dried and styled Maureen's hair.

• 12:40 pm- Lunch- Cauliflower soup, deviled eggs, 1/2 a fresh tomatoe , cup of diluted coconut water . Two coughs. Maureen enjoyed lunch in Carolyn's company. She finished her coconut water cup during lunch.

• 1:10 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 2:15 pm- Maureen finished her second cup of lemon water and we headed to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:40 pm- Fresh fruit snack. Maureen coughed twice.
