Wednesday, Apr. 30, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, comfortably lying on her left side.

8:25AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:50AM - Maureen opened her eyes and looking more awake. No signs of pain or distress. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her (used water). Applied Calazinc on labia. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:30AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast.

Breakfast - waffle, pear and 8oz of prune juice. Coughed 2x.

10:10AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:20AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:45AM - "Wicked" is on TV, Maureen's awake and looking relaxed sitting on the recliner while watching the musical movie.

11:00AM - Kelsie, RN and Meghan arrived.

Lungs clear. Bowel sounds active. Arm circ - 21.5cm, leg circ - 31cm.

T - 98.1

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper is clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with very small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, veggie soup and avocado. Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen had been awake the entire morning, looking very well. She had 4oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple and melon).
