Wednesday, Apr. 2, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping, on her left side.

8:25AM - She was still sound asleep.

8:50AM - Maureen's already awake, no signs of discomfort or distress observed. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:00AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Calazinc on the labia which has still light redness. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on appropriate areas. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Breakfast - she had 10oz lemon water before breakfast, scrambled egg, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed once and sneezed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch before breakfast for comfort.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:55AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine after.

10:15AM - Maureen does not sound phlegmy since this morning, and no runny nose - so far. She closed her eyes for a nap.

11:00AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Clear lung sounds, bowel sounds active. Arm circ - 21cm, leg circ - 31cm.

BP - 98/54

Nurse informed that runny nose almost everyday is due to the allergy season.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry. The nurse checked the redness on labia which was almost gone and to continue using the Calazinc. We position to face Maureen on the right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, potato salad, beets, and 10 oz coconut water. Maureen also had 5 oz of lemon water. Coughed once.

**We reclined geri chair before lunch for one notch for comfort.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen was comfortably sitting on the recliner after lunch, stayed awake while listening to the music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred to the front room after.

3:50PM - Fruit snack time (banana and apple).
