Wednesday 7-3-24 Daytime summary

8:00am- Maureen in and out of sleep lying on her left side with Tom next to her. Tom giving sips of water in between.

•. 8:30am- Maureen still sleeping.

•. 8:46am- Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

•. 8:50am- Dalia and I gave Maureen a full body bath with warm water and Cetaphil skin cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We dressed Maureen then, proceed to wash her hair using regular shampoo. We transferred Maureen to the kitchen to dry and style her hair.

• 9:30am- Maureen had a cup of oranges with some lemon water.

•. 9:50am- cont. breakfast- oatmeal/fruit smoothie with a spoonful of yogurt.

        No Miralex

•. 10:00am- Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

         Cough- x3

• 10:13am- Nebulizer treatment Saline and Albuterol.

• 10:40am- Gave Maureen her facial treatment after did oral care while enjoying a Disney movie. Maureen finished half lemon water.

• 11am-Nurse came.

          B/P- 124/60

          Pulse- 68

          Temp.- 97.8

          Lungs are clear.

•. 11:40am- Took Maureen for her 1st break. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned/changed her positioned on right side.

• 12:30pm- 1st break ends. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned/changed/dressed Maureen and went to kitchen.

• 12:50pm- Lunch: chicken brussel sprout soup with guacomole and sparkling water.

         Coughed- x2

• 1:30pm- oral care while listening to music

• 2:11pm- Nebulizer treatment with Saline and Albuterol.

•. 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, and then positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm- Second break ends. Diaper is dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred her to the living room for snack.

•. 3:45pm- Enjoying game shows while eating her fruit cup(apple, melon, and banana) half cup of lemon water finished.
